The War Ponies are a ukulele pop/rock cover duo consisting of Gio Gaynor and Diana Alutto. They’ve been playing NYC venues such as Jimmy’s 43, P&G Bar, Brooklyn Bowl, Julius, some bad comedy club uptown, The Living Room, The Zipper Factory, and Sidewalk Cafe. As well as a few places in Cambridge, MA, Brazil and Japan. We don’t have a CD, we don’t take ourselves seriously, we hardly even practice, yet people seem to like us and even Comedy Central put us on TV.
